Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:

  • Handle incoming customer calls to address their concerns, requests, and issues.
  • Provide accurate product, service, and policy information to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Record and update customer interactions in the system for tracking and follow-up purposes.
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints or escalate them to relevant departments when necessary.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and deliver exceptional customer service at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound customer calls in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Address customer inquiries and provide solutions to their problems.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Contribute to the development of process improvements and quality assurance initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE O-Level qualification.
  • Preferably with customer service experience in a call center environment.
  • Only open to Singaporeans.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming customer calls and addressing their concerns. You will provide accurate product, service, and policy information, record and update customer interactions in the system, resolve customer complaints, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.

This is a 3-month contract position, extendable up to 1 year. If you have a minimum GCE O-Level qualification, preferably with customer service experience in a call center environment, and are only open to Singaporeans, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
