We are seeking a seasoned Project Operations Director to join our team at WSG ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. As a critical member of our operations team, you will be responsible for directing the execution of our projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Direct the full range of project operations, encompassing overall engineering design, construction, manpower planning, testing, and commissioning.
  • Develop and implement effective project plans, including resource allocation and budgeting.
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiating contracts that meet business objectives.
  • Oversee material procurement and equipment management.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, authorities, project teams, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, building codes, safety regulations, and local guidelines.
  • Guarantee timely and cost-effective project completion.


Qualifications:
  • Degree or diploma in civil engineering, M&E engineering, building construction, or a related field.
  • BCA certificate in plumbing and pipefitting is an asset.
  • Registered licensed plumber with a minimum of 3 years of experience and a proven track record.
  • At least 10 years of experience in plumbing and sanitary construction.
  • Exceptional leadership, management, self-motivation, and ability to work independently.
  • Superior communication skills across all levels.
