Job Title: Senior Talent Development Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Talent Development Specialist to lead the growth, design, and execution of our training programs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing competency-based learning pathways, collaborating with subject matter experts, and ensuring curriculum remains adaptive to changing workforce trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement end-to-end training and talent development programs aligned with client goals and business objectives.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the academy, including scheduling, resource planning, budget oversight, and quality control.
  • Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and development of trainees, ensuring a high-quality experience and successful career transitions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions and contribute to knowledge sharing and capability building within the team.
  • Stay informed on industry and workforce trends, emerging technologies, and evolving training models, contributing to thought leadership initiatives.
