We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team.
About the Role:
The primary focus of this role is to deliver exceptional customer service via phone and in-person interactions. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing them with information and resolving their queries and concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver professional customer service to clients and visitors.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and effective manner.
- Monitor and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
- Cultivate relationships with prospective customers, coordinate trial lessons, and assist with programme enrolment.
- Manage class bookings, student records, and handle administrative tasks related to customer service.
