Job Title: Senior Social Worker
Roles & Responsibilities

The Team Lead Caseworker oversees and guides our casework team in delivering quality interventions and support to female residents with trauma backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Supervising and reviewing casefiles, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
  • Conducting case supervision and chairing monthly Healing Hands Case Conferences.
  • Collaborating with MSF and external stakeholders to coordinate case management and interventions.
  • Managing admission referrals, discharges, extensions of stay, and ECRM-related matters.
  • Overseeing CANS administration, including user accounts, assessments, and liaison with the CANS team.
  • Mentoring and supporting junior Caseworkers, and supervising interns (art therapy, counselling, social work).
  • Vetting and approving case reports (e.g., RC4 reports, IRs) and applications for Tier 2 funding.
  • Collating monthly and quarterly statistics, ensuring all resident records and spreadsheets are updated.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma qualification; a background in Psychology, Social Work, or related studies is an advantage.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in casework or social services.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with external agencies and multidisciplinary teams.
