At our place of worship, we are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Programme Executive. The right candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and ensuring the smooth running of services, events, trainings, and activities within our Worship & Music ministry.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Service Planning and Coordination:
    • Develop and prepare engaging content for weekly English services using relevant software tools
    • Maintain and update liturgical furnishings, including kneeling cushions, candles, altar book stands, and standing crosses
    • Carefully manage Holy Communion elements, including ordering, checking for expiry, and storing them reverently
    • Support the Worship Team in creating a welcoming atmosphere for all attendees
  • Worship Services and Operations:
    • Roster ushers and Communion Assistants for regular English services and special events
    • Collaborate with the pastors' office in ad-hoc activities and provide support as needed
  • Floral Ministry Support:
    • Act as liaison between the floral ministry team and other departments
  • Additional Responsibilities:
    • Contribute to the implementation of new tools, courses, materials, and technologies
    • Provide valuable insights and feedback on the general spiritual health of the ministry
    • Exercise sound budgeting and financial management in programme execution
    • Adhere to church policies and guidelines at all times
