The M & E Co-Ordinator reports to the Project Manager (PM) and assist him in the following:

- assist PM in preparation of Master Programme, Project Quality Plan, Materials/Works Quality Plan and applicable standard work method
- arrange and maintain site temporary facilities such as Electrical and Water Supplies
- understand drawings and specifications, identify discrepancy and seek clarifications with Consultants
- manage and supervise Domestic/Nominated Sub-Contractors works
- arrange and co-ordinate with Sub-Contractors for submission of samples and approval of shop drawings
- assist in the issuing of Drawings/Part Plans to Sub-Contractors
- assist PM in the issuing and filing of correspondences
- assist in the updating of construction Drawings
- updating of site progress
- arrangement of mock-up sample and ensure works done by Sub-Contractors are in accordance to the approved shop drawings and comply with specifications.
- supervise and ensure proper housekeeping by Sub-Contractors
- control quality of works and high safety standard
- assist in the control and keeping of proper record of variations
- prepare monthly progress claim and certification of Sub-Contractors' claims
- arrange and ensure all defects works are properly done Sub-Contractors
- compilation of As-Built Drawings and required O & M Manuals
- assess Sub-Contractors' performance
- to implement & ensure that site safety, housekeeping and environmental requirements are in accordance to our intergrated management system
