Responsible for the co-ordination and interface with LTA System Wide Contractor and Department Heads;
- Plan, Prepare and Update the schedule for the submission of Samples / Shop Drawings / Method Statement
- Raise CSD / SEM Changes queries in the event of services clashing;
- Attend co-ordination / progress / technical meetings;
- Coordinate with M&E Supervisors for the preparation of as-built informations and submit to SWC Coordinator for his review;
- Carry out weekly site inspection and report progress, quality, specifications, protection and problems;
- Prepare M&E coordination drawings and liaise with Architectural Coordinators and Design Engineers to issue drawing for approval;
- Supervise a team of M&E coordinators and BIM Modellers in the design and coordination works;
- Coordinating, organizing and preparing construction and Interfacing/M&E documents and drawing;

**Requirements**:

- Recognized Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Experience in CCSM, SEM and SWC activities
- Must have LTA Projects experience
