Singapore Business Federation (SBF) has been appointed as the Program Manager for WSG’s Mid-Career Pathways Programme (MCPP). The objective of the programme is to help find attachment opportunities for matured Mid-Career

Job Responsibilities:

- Work with internal and external stakeholders to assist with the development and delivery of marketing initiatives to promote the programme.
- Responsible for the MCPP content updates on SBF's portal, social media platforms, EDM marketing etc
- Administrative support for the following:

- Outreach events/activities (physical and virtual settings) and the manning of physical booth to promote the programme.
- Compilation, consolidation and leveraging of companies' success stories to raise awareness and promote the programme.
- Management reporting to both internal and external stakeholders
- Any duties as required for the MCPP
- Role is also open to possible rotation to other teams within MCPP.

Job requirements:

- Some working experience preferably with relevant experience in marketing co-ordination
- Proficiency in MS Office (Powerpoint, Word and Excel). Prior experience in using Event Management software and CRM would be advantageous
- Experience in performing virtual events and meetings through Microsoft Teams and Zoom
- Have an eye for detail and be analytical.
- Strong drive, proactive self-starter with a creative mind.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and multi-task.
- Results-oriented and good teamwork
- Good interpersonal skills and pleasant personality
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice
