Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Temporary Cashier to join our team at Recruit Express Pte Ltd. As a Temporary Cashier, you will be responsible for operating the point-of-sale systems and cash registers, managing daily cash float, and providing excellent customer service to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate point-of-sale systems and cash registers for payment collection, including opening and closing of payment counters
  • Assist patients in the use of retail self-checkout kiosks
  • Manage daily cash float and be accountable for payments and payment documentation collected
  • Reconcile payment/POS discrepancies at end of shift
  • Comply to policies for cash handling, refunds, and exchanges
  • Assist patients in simple queries relating to bills, payment options
  • Assist patients who have activated the retail security system, and investigate the possible causes
Requirements
  • Mentoring and customer service experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
