Requirements:

  • Hold a diploma or bachelor's degree.
  • Lack of prior professional experience is acceptable for this entry-level role.
  • Prior experience with software consulting and implementation, particularly with Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Dynamics 365 Business Central, is preferred but not necessary.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Exhibit exceptional client service skills.
  • Able to understand business requirements and convert them into system configurations and processes.
  • Possess excellent documentation and business writing skills.
  • Proficient in implementing business workflows and processes.
  • Skilled at establishing priorities, managing shifting priorities, and handling multiple time-sensitive projects with deadlines.
