Singapore Association of Process Industry Full time

Established in 1997, the Association of Process Industry (“ASPRI”) is a membership-based trade association that represents the interests of more than 600 companies across Singapore’s Process Industry comprising of petroleum, petrochemical, specialty chemical and pharmaceutical sectors.

ASPRI is now seeking an energetic and motivated Memberships specialist to join us.

Key responsibilities include, but not limited to;
- Develop and implement membership recruitment strategies.
- Respond to membership inquiries and resolve issues.
- Interface with government agencies and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare and present membership reports and statistics.
- Communicate regularly with members to keep them informed and engaged.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations of the membership program.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in membership management or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management.
