**Location**:
Singapore

Support the Group in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes. This role covers areas including, but not limited to, performing gap analysis, mapping, streamlining & improvising process workflows to suit business need & towards an optimised operations.

**What you will be doing:
**- Oversees the planning, development, implementation of business process workflow
- Identify areas for improvement and provide executable solution
- Perform Risk Assessment prior to implementing changes
- Coordinate the improvement strategies with internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate process workshops, mapping process to business requirements.
- Document the procedures and presenting new process designs to stakeholders for discussion.
- Work with vendors to transform the approved business requirements to system functionalities.
- Educating business users on the revised operating business processes.
- Supporting change manager to roll out, manage change, training & communication.
- Monitor, measure and collect feedback pre

- Follow up on all aspects related to the implementation stages of business process improvement initiatives.
- Plan, develop & implement Security & Safety process for assets and team members

**What you need to have**:

- Degree or Diploma in Business Process Management or equivalent
- Min. 3 years experience in relevant role
- Technology & Computer Proficiency (case of automated processes)
- Strong project management skills
- Knowledge of Six Sigma and TQM will be advantageous
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Positive personality and takes initiative
- Proactive in teamwork and independent work
