Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our Customer Management team as a Credit Card Acquisition Support specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting Credit Card acquisition matters by managing and resolving customer queries within the Service Level Agreement (SLA) of T+1 and escalating timely to the manager where required.

About the Role:

This is a 12-month contract position. You will work closely with our Partners to resolve customer-related queries and manage end-to-end invoice payment process. Additionally, you will review current operation processes to identify opportunities for improvement and work with relevant stakeholders to implement change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Campaign fulfillment monthly reports
  • Manage and resolve customer queries within the SLA of T+1 and escalate timely to the manager where required
  • Perform accuracy checks of daily/monthly/adhoc reports and ensure timely completion with zero errors
  • Drive standardization of internal processes across card products and improve efficiency through automation of reports

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a support role for banking product
  • Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Working Location:

The successful candidate will work from our Central office location.
