Capital Raising Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our capital raising efforts in Asia. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in fundraising and a deep understanding of the real estate, infrastructure, and data center markets.
The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and managing all stages of the fund-raising process, from product design to final documentation and investor negotiations. They will also serve as an overall coordinator to drive ESR Country Fund execution and take the lead on regional products.
This is a critical role that requires a high level of expertise, strategic thinking, and effective communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, manage multiple priorities and deadlines, and provide regular updates to senior management on capital raising activities and progress toward fundraising goals.
