Senior Capital Raising and Investor Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a senior professional to lead capital raising and stakeholder engagement across our platform. This key role will drive fundraising strategy, manage investor relationships, and strengthen our visibility across the investment ecosystem.
This specialist will be central to expanding our platform through aligned capital partners, nurturing long-term investor relationships, and amplifying our voice in the impact ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:- Capital Raising Strategy
- Develop and implement effective capital raising strategies across new and existing funds.
- Collaborate with leadership on fund structuring and positioning aligned with impact and financial goals.
- Investor Relations & Reporting
- Serve as primary liaison for current and prospective investors.
- Deliver timely and transparent investor communications, including reports, updates, and meetings.
- Ecosystem Development & Partnerships
- Build and maintain relationships with co-investors, accelerators, corporates, and ecosystem enablers.
- Identify strategic partnership opportunities that enhance firm visibility and deal flow.
- Brand & Communications
- Oversee external communications strategy including PR, media, and thought leadership.
- Collaborate with marketing on brand positioning, newsletters, and content.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in investor relations, capital raising, private markets, or strategic partnerships, ideally in impact investing.
- Strong track record of managing investor relationships and closing capital commitments.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to operate independently and cross-functionally.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
