Global Marketing Strategist

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Marketing Strategist to lead our marketing efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving marketing strategies, overseeing human resource functions, and managing local and overseas employment operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to enhance company branding and client acquisition
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Coordinate overseas recruitment efforts and manage international deployment logistics
  • Prepare and review reports, documentation, and HR/marketing analytics
  • Represent the company in meetings, events, and overseas business trips
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Employment Agency operations, and Marketing (both local and overseas)
  • Proven leadership and supervisory experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities
  • High level of organizational and time management skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
