Job Title:

Instructional Designer for E-Learning

Job Description:

The role of Instructional Designer is to create engaging and interactive e-learning content. You will work with subject matter experts to analyze training needs and design instructional solutions that meet the needs of learners.

You will be responsible for creating storyboards, developing learning objectives, and writing course content. Additionally, you will oversee the development of multimedia elements, such as graphics, animations, and videos, and ensure they are integrated into the e-learning modules.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, adult education, and learning technologies. You will need to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in e-learning and recommend new tools and strategies to improve our instructional design processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training and Development, or a related field

• Minimum 5 years experience in instructional design, preferably in an e-learning environment

• Strong knowledge of adult education principles, including andragogy and pedagogy

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and team members

• Proficiency in authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, iSpring, and HTML

• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Content Management Systems (CMS)
