Instructional Designer
Job Description:As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing training programmes using e-learning methods. You will work closely with subject matter experts and external partners to design and deliver high-quality training solutions that meet the needs of our stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include structuring requirements for e-learning, planning and managing e-learning development and deployment projects, storyboarding and managing Learning Management Systems, authoring industry-compliant e-learning courseware, conducting user acceptance tests, and evaluating the effectiveness of learning.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Strong writing, analytical, presentation, communication, coordination and interpersonal skills with attention to detail
- Prior working experience in e-learning content, working tools, or instructional design is preferred
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work effectively as part of a team
