Job Title: E-Learning Instructional Design Specialist
A global leader in land transport, we are seeking an experienced e-learning instructional design specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects involving collaboration with subject matter experts, vendors, trainers, partners, and institutes of higher learning.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of practitioner experience in e-learning instructional design, with knowledge of adult education. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, image editing, video editing, animation, multimedia development, graphic and visual design, web design (HTML and CSS) is required.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage projects involving collaboration with subject matter experts, vendors, trainers, partners, and institutes of higher learning.
- Create engaging, industry-compliant interactive e-learning content using authoring tools like Articulate and iSpring.
- Research and experiment with the latest learning technologies (e.g., VR, AR, MR), and make recommendations for adoption or pilot testing.
- Engage trainers to increase awareness and adoption of new learning methodologies and technologies, observe classes, and suggest enhancements.
- Mentor executives on implementing new learning technologies.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential. Additional assessment may be required during shortlisting.
