What the role is: ASSISTANT MANAGER, E-LEARNING INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGNER (1-yr contract) What you will be working on: As part of LTA's dynamic team that develops and professionalises the local railway workforce, you will work closely with LTA subject matter experts and external partners on the development and enhancement of training programmes, focusing on e-learning methods. This includes collaborating with trainers to define e-learning requirements, managing development and deployment projects, storyboarding, managing Learning Management Systems, authoring industry-compliant (e.g., SCORM) e-learning courseware (using tools like Articulate), conducting user acceptance tests, and evaluating learning effectiveness. You will also facilitate meetings and workshops, analyze and recommend innovative instructional solutions using latest technologies (e.g., AR, VR), grounded in sound pedagogical and andragogical approaches, and oversee the delivery of training and assessments efficiently. What we are looking for: Prior experience in e-learning content creation, instructional design, or related tools is preferred Strong writing, analytical, presentation, communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills with attention to detail Team player capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment Passion for urban rail systems and engineering issues Note: As part of the shortlisting process, you may be required to complete a medical declaration and/or undergo further assessment.
