As a Senior Finance Executive, you will be responsible for leading our financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and developing strategies to optimize our financial performance.

This is a critical role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of financial principles and practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and investments.
  • Develop and implement sound financial policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to the Executive Committee and members.
  • Oversee the annual audit process.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and legislation.
  • Manage the finance team.
  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Essential Skills and Experience
  • Qualified Accountant (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CA) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a finance management role, preferably within a not-for-profit or membership-based organization.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls.
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
