Marketing Leadership Opportunity at StashAway

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth. As the VP of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our company's long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Lead Marketing Strategy: Define and execute a marketing strategy that fuels customer acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue growth.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals, creating an environment that encourages innovation and performance excellence.
  • Brand Management and Storytelling: Act as the company's chief storyteller, shaping and maintaining a consistent and compelling brand narrative across all touchpoints.
  • Data-Driven Insights and Optimisation: Leverage data analytics to continuously improve marketing strategies, campaigns, and performance, ensuring measurable results and maximizing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Marketing Budget Ownership: Take full ownership of the marketing budget, monitoring and optimizing spend to achieve desired Investor Acquisition Cost (IAC) and payback period goals.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with product and customer-facing teams to ensure marketing efforts are well-integrated with broader business initiatives.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record of successfully leading marketing efforts to drive growth.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and executing data-driven marketing strategies through both paid and $0 marketing efforts.
  • Strong leadership skills with a history of managing and growing marketing teams.
  • Expertise in brand management, customer acquisition, and retention strategies.
  • Understanding of online marketing levers and core metrics.
  • Ability to translate business goals into actionable marketing objectives.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities to articulate and promote the company's brand narrative.
