Administrative Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Specialist to join our Food and Beverage division at JEN Singapore Tanglin by Shangri-La. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the F&B Manager and Executive Chef, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
About You
To succeed in this position, you should have at least 2 years of experience in F&B administration, with a passion for food and beverage operations. Strong teamwork skills, self-motivation, and a willingness to learn are essential. If you enjoy being challenged and working in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Your primary duties will include handling daily administrative tasks such as reports, forecasts, and budgets, as well as assisting F&B Managers and the Executive Chef with their assigned duties. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining contracts with F&B partners, following up on promotional details, and performing other related tasks as assigned.
Salary Information
The estimated salary for this position is SGD 45,000 - 55,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including duty meals, birthday leave, flexible benefits, complimentary room nights, and discounted rates on rooms and dining.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with inventory management, payroll, and databases is also an asset. As a team player, you should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
