Revenue Performance Analyst

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of revenue management strategies and be able to drive revenue growth through effective operations management.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Management Operations
- Conduct daily tasks and operations reviews to optimize Rooms and F&B revenue
- Ensure effective communication between Reservations and Front Office colleagues on inventory, short-term sell strategies, Group/Convention arrivals, rate changes, and sell-out strategies
- Work closely with revenue streams to support achieving budget and forecast expectations, under the guidance of a direct leader
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly revenue management checklists
Wide Job Function Actions/Relationships
- Support Revenue in Rooms and Food and Beverage daily reporting and promotional campaigns
- Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis on performance (RevPAR Index, market penetration), pricing, and availability for future tactical decisions
- Take an active role in rate development, promotions, packages, and other selling strategies
- Ensure compliance with the Best Price Guarantee and manage third-party distributors according to AccorHotels standards
- Identify business opportunities for peak periods and participate in various newsletters, banners, e-brochures, or ads to drive incremental revenue in various revenue streams
- Support AccorHotels Corporate programs, such as Planet 21
- Ensure service standards and individual performance align with Accor Values
- Collaborate with the Food and Beverage management team and outlet managers to analyze and monitor table optimization for F&B outlets
- Participate in developing tactics, encompassing performance metrics, data standards, processes, policies, tools, training, best-practices, and case studies to roll out strategies focusing on all revenue streams, including Rooms, Food and Beverage, Spa, and Raffles Shop
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned
Qualifications
Candidate Profile
- Competent knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required
- Rooms, Food and Beverage, or Spa operations knowledge/background is an asset
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Service-oriented with an eye for details
