Cloud Leadership Opportunity

The role of Global Partner Training Sales Initiatives Lead is a high-visibility position responsible for supporting Partner Enablement Managers (PEM) as they enable AWS Partners to deepen their AWS knowledge and skills, differentiate their business, and better serve their customers.

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive long-term growth in your geography, while meeting/exceeding revenue and non-revenue driven key performance indicators (KPI).
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute sales/business development plans, identifying specific partner segments, industry verticals, and partner markets to approach with targeted value propositions and business case proposals.
  • Work closely with partner leaders in the region to help drive partner revenue, considering the unique nature of engagements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of a combination of business development, sales, and/or product management experience.
  • Experience developing strategies that drive service purchase and consumption (SaaS).
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
