Research Opportunity - Health Services and Operational Research

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our research division, contributing to the formulation of ideas, collaboration with healthcare professionals, and applying for funding. This key role involves conducting projects related to health services and operational research.

Main Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth projects analyzing health services and operational research methodologies.
  • Develop and present research outcomes, fostering collaborations and partnerships.
  • Contribute to project management, providing guidance and support to other researchers.

Additional Duties

  • Develop your own portfolio of research work and projects, focusing on health services research.
  • Support Principal Investigators on administrative matters, including grant applications and progress reports.
  • Assume additional responsibilities as assigned by your reporting officer or Head of Department.

To succeed in this role, you require a PhD/Master's Degree in Nursing/Medicine or a related discipline. 4-5 years of experience in medical research is advantageous. You should have expertise in health services research (HSR) and applied statistics, with experience in study design, data analysis, and outcome evaluation. A strong background in developing and implementing data-driven solutions for healthcare improvement is essential, with proficiency in AI methodologies (e.g., machine learning, predictive modelling).
