Research Health Services Professional

A key role in our organization involves formulating ideas, collaborating with healthcare professionals and applying for funding. We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead projects related to health services and operational research.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct projects focused on improving health services and operational efficiency
- Develop and present research outcomes, as well as establish collaborations with other healthcare professionals
- Contribute to project management and provide guidance to junior researchers
- Develop a portfolio of research work and projects
- Support Principal Investigators on administrative matters, including grant applications and progress reports
- Assume additional responsibilities as assigned by your supervisor or department head
- PhD or Master's Degree in Nursing, Medicine, or a related field
- 4-5 years of experience in medical research is advantageous
- Expertise in health services research (HSR) and applied statistics, with experience in study design, data analysis, and outcome evaluation
- Strong background in developing and implementing data-driven solutions for healthcare improvement, with proficiency in AI methodologies (e.g., machine learning, predictive modeling)
- PhD or Master's Degree in a relevant field
- 4-5 years of experience in medical research
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
