We are currently seeking a highly skilled Research Associate to fill this key position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive health services research projects, incorporating large population-based cohort studies, qualitative or mixed-methods investigations, implementational studies, and clinical trials.
  • Apply statistical expertise to evaluate research findings and adopt advanced techniques as necessary.
  • Collaborate in the implementation of proposed research projects, ensuring timely completion and delivery of results.
  • Prepare and submit Institutional Review Board (IRB) applications, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support grant applications, including literature reviews, pilot studies, preliminary analysis, and grant writing, to secure funding for research initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Masters degree in Public Health, Clinical Investigation, Implementation Science, or PhD in Health Services Research, Public Health, Health Economics, Qualitative Research, or Implementation Science.
  2. Strong knowledge of quantitative and qualitative methods, health economic analysis, and commonly used techniques in Health Services Research.
  3. Experience in basic and advanced statistical analysis, including data modeling and interpretation.
  4. Relevant working experience with Health Services Research related projects, demonstrating ability to design and execute research studies.
  5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
  6. Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
