Job Title: Social Services Specialist

The role of a social services specialist involves working with individuals, families, and communities to address their social, emotional, and economic needs. The successful candidate will possess a degree in social work or equivalent and 2 years of experience in the social service sector.

To excel in this position, you will need to conduct individualized case management, including orientation, goal setting, and review.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with probation officers, child protection officers, and other stakeholders to develop case intervention goals.
  • Establish partnerships with employers, schools, and community agencies for reintegration efforts.
  • Prepare and present cases at various platforms to update on intervention progress.
  • Maintain accurate casework documentation and liaise with hostel operations and development department.

The ideal candidate should have a degree in social work or equivalent with 2 years of experience in the social service sector or similar setting.
