Job Title: Social Services Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Social Services Specialist. In this role, you will work with individuals, families, and communities to address their social, emotional, and economic needs.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in social work or equivalent and 2 years of experience in the social service sector. A strong understanding of case management principles and practices is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with probation officers, child protection officers, and other stakeholders to develop case intervention goals.
  • Establish partnerships with employers, schools, and community agencies for reintegration efforts.
  • Prepare and present cases at various platforms to update on intervention progress.
  • Maintain accurate casework documentation and liaise with relevant departments.

To excel in this position, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
