Job Title: Social Services Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Social Services Professional to fill this challenging role. As a Social Services Professional, you will be responsible for delivering support and guidance to individuals in need.

  1. Conduct case management, work and counseling support, and group work for residents under your care.
  2. Develop and implement intervention plans that can lead to positive change in individuals' lives.
  3. Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to provide comprehensive rehabilitation services to residents.
  4. Prepare in-depth care plans and monthly reports as required by relevant authorities.
  5. Plan, execute, and evaluate programs and services to improve the quality of life of residents.
  6. Attend case conferences and present cases for discussion on formal platforms.
  7. Collaborate with teams to discuss, propose, and coordinate care plans for residents.
  8. Develop and enhance work processes and administrative matters.
  9. Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Must possess a degree or graduate diploma in Social Work or a related field.
  • Must have compassion, resourcefulness, and be willing to work diligently to help individuals in need.
  • Registered with the relevant accreditation board or preferred with at least 2 years of experience. Fresh graduates are welcomed.
  • Good report writing and interpersonal skills.
  • A good team player.
  • Comfortable working in an all-male institution.
