Join a team of seasoned professionals as a Program Director and take charge of Corporate Services. This leadership role will empower you to deliver successful projects, ensuring timely completion, staying within budget, and aligning with business strategies through standardization, execution, evaluation, and innovation.

The role is part of the Program Management Office (PMO), which aims to provide comprehensive program and project planning services to all functions in the organization.

You will lead the development and execution of portfolios and programs within the PMO, overseeing cross-functional project teams and ensuring clear communication, collaboration, and alignment.

In this role, you will also be responsible for conducting risk assessments, developing mitigation strategies, and monitoring project performance to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

About the Role
  1. Project & Portfolio Management: Develop and implement strategic plans for region- and outcome-specific portfolios in alignment with corporate objectives and business needs.
  2. Capital Project Management: Oversee the management of capital projects from inception to completion, ensuring on-time delivery, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
  3. Cross-Functional Leadership: Provide leadership and oversight to cross-functional project teams, ensuring clear communication, collaboration, and alignment.
  4. Risk Assessment & Mitigation: Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for project challenges.
  5. Project Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on project performance to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  6. Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulations, standards, and company policies.

This is a hybrid position, and office days will be confirmed by the Hiring Manager. Travel domestically and internationally may be required less than 10% of the time.
