Singapore HEAVENS PORTFOLIO PTE. LTD. Full time

**HEAVENS PORTFOLIO PTE. LTD.**is seeking a Senior Accountant to assist the CEO in handling the full set of accounts and finance for the Group.

As a successful Senior Accountant, your primary responsibilities will include (though will not be limited to):
**Responsibilities**:

- Monthly staff claims (80 expenses per month)
- Expenses claim reinvoicing to client
- Client’s invoices (monthly, quarterly retainers.)
- Book entries on Xero - update accounts on the daily
- Quarterly GST submission
- Liaising with Tax agent for Corporate Tax and Audit
- Preparation of forecast and Cashflow
- Preparation of report for Board of Directors
- Preparation of the payroll via our HR system

**Qualifications**:

- Accounting degree / ACCA/ CPA
- Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills in English is a must
- Experience with Xero is a must
- Experience with Singapore GST
- Experience with Hong Kong Entity & Australia to liaise with auditor and tax agents
- Highly organized, detailed orientated and problem-solving mindset
- Strong work ethic
- Proactive and reactive mindset
