We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Fan Installation and Repair Technician.
- About the Job:
- The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and repairing fans and related products for customers, ensuring optimum performance and adhering to high standards of quality.
- A minimum of 8 indoor jobs or 6 outdoor jobs per day is expected, along with accurate diagnosis, servicing, repair, and maintenance of products.
- Conducting testing and inspection of finished goods before delivery is also a key aspect of this role.
- The technician will provide feedback to the Technical Director on any performance issues with suppliers and assist in responding to technical service requests from project clients.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Perform installation and repair of fans and related products for customers.
- Accurately diagnose, service, repair, and maintain products to ensure optimum performance.
- Conduct testing and inspection of finished goods before delivery.
- Monitor and review product performance/quality and provide feedback to the Technical Director on any performance issues with suppliers.
- Deliver professional, responsible, and customer-focused service for all installation and repair works.
- Assist in responding to technical service requests from project clients.
- Working Conditions:
- 5 days with 2 half-day Saturdays
- Class 3 driving license required
