Job Title: Fan Installation and Repair Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Fan Installation and Repair Technician.

  • About the Job:
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and repairing fans and related products for customers, ensuring optimum performance and adhering to high standards of quality.
    • A minimum of 8 indoor jobs or 6 outdoor jobs per day is expected, along with accurate diagnosis, servicing, repair, and maintenance of products.
    • Conducting testing and inspection of finished goods before delivery is also a key aspect of this role.
    • The technician will provide feedback to the Technical Director on any performance issues with suppliers and assist in responding to technical service requests from project clients.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Perform installation and repair of fans and related products for customers.
    • Accurately diagnose, service, repair, and maintain products to ensure optimum performance.
    • Conduct testing and inspection of finished goods before delivery.
    • Monitor and review product performance/quality and provide feedback to the Technical Director on any performance issues with suppliers.
    • Deliver professional, responsible, and customer-focused service for all installation and repair works.
    • Assist in responding to technical service requests from project clients.
  • Working Conditions:
    • 5 days with 2 half-day Saturdays.
    • A Class 3 driving license is required.
    • Education: Candidates should have relevant education and training in electrical engineering or a related field.
    • Skills: Candidates should possess excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
    • License: A valid Class 3 driving license is required.
