Job Title: Ceiling Fan Technician

Responsibilities:

Transporting and delivering ceiling fans to clients in a timely and safe manner.

Ensuring that orders are complete, charges are correct, and customers are satisfied upon delivery.

Providing excellent customer service by answering questions and handling complaints from clients.

Assessing the site where the ceiling fan is to be installed to determine the most appropriate location for the fan.

Checking the ceiling strength to support the weight of the fan and creating a suitable mounting location.

Installing and assembling the ceiling fan, wiring it to the electrical system, and mounting it securely to the ceiling safely and efficiently.

Testing the ceiling fan to ensure it's functioning properly and there are no electrical or mechanical issues.

Cleaning up the site after the installation is complete, including removing any debris or packaging materials.

Providing advice and guidance to customers on how to use and maintain the fan, as well as answering any questions they may have about the installation process and the products.

Offering a comprehensive range of electrical services, including but not limited to pulling electrical wires, installing power switches, and other electrical works tasks.

Providing false ceiling works with customizability to meet client-specific needs and requirements in a safe and efficient manner.

Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.

Performing daily and weekly reporting to direct managers.

Carrying out other tasks as required by immediate supervisors.


Requirements:

Having experience in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing of ceiling fans is a bonus.

Handyman experience will be an advantage.

Ability to walk, drive, lift, and carry heavy items for extended periods.

Having a valid driving license and being able to drive a 10-foot lorry/van.

Minimum one year of experience preferred.

Comfortable working six days a week (Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm).
