The Sales Admin Executive role at Visionary Interior Design Pte Ltd is a key position that supports the sales team in delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Support: Assist the sales team in managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements to ensure timely delivery of products/services to clients.
- Data Analysis: Utilize Excel and Powerpoint skills to analyze sales data, identify trends, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Financial Management: Perform data entry and calculations to manage sales figures and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and maintain sales reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate key findings and recommendations.
- Customer Service: Handle incoming inquiries from clients and provide prompt responses to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
- Coordination: Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products/services to clients.
- Database Management: Manage and update customer databases to ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date.
