Job Title: Senior Building Information Modelling (BIM) Specialist

The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong understanding of BIM technology and its application in the construction industry. They will be responsible for developing and implementing BIM strategies to improve project outcomes.

BIM is a digital representation of physical and functional characteristics of a building or infrastructure project. It allows architects, engineers, and contractors to collaborate more effectively and make data-driven decisions throughout the project lifecycle.

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a degree in engineering and at least 5 years of experience in related local construction working experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement BIM strategies to improve project outcomes
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure effective use of BIM technology
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members
Requirements:
  • Degree in engineering
  • At least 5 years of related local construction working experience
Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as a strong understanding of BIM technology. They should also have experience with Revit, Autodesk Revit, Construction, Quality Control, BIM, Architectural, Job Descriptions, Drawing, Building Services, 3D, Compliance, AutoCAD, Civil Engineering, 3D Modelling, and Navisworks.
