Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Taking on the role of a Senior Quantity Surveyor at our company, you will be responsible for delivering cost management services that meet and exceed our clients' expectations. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that all tender submissions are accurately priced and compliant with project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tender Preparation: You will analyze tender documents, perform quantity take-offs, and prepare preliminary cost estimates and detailed cost breakdowns.">
  • Costing and Estimation: Develop accurate cost plans and pricing strategies based on project requirements and market conditions, analyzing cost data from past projects and updating internal pricing databases.">
  • Coordination & Communication: Liaise with internal departments and coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants to obtain accurate cost information and quotations.">
  • Documentation & Submission: Prepare and compile tender submission documents, ensuring all documentation complies with client requirements and submission deadlines.">
  • Continuous Improvement: Provide cost feedback and analysis after tender results for benchmarking, contribute to the development of cost libraries and tendering SOPs, and mentor junior quantity surveyors in tendering practices and cost analysis.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or related discipline.">
  • Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in tendering, cost estimation, or pre-contract quantity surveying.">
  • Experience in handling large-scale or mega project tenders.">
  • Experience in Archi works with at least 2 track record projects (Main Contractor experience preferred).">
  • Familiarity with local construction cost trends and material prices in Singapore.">
  • Knowledge in BIM-based take-off and digital estimation tools.">
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.">
  • Proficient in quantity take-off software and Microsoft Excel.">
  • Familiar with various standard forms of contract (e.g., SIA, PSSCOC, FIDIC).">
  • Good communication and coordination skills.">
  • Detail-oriented with ability to work under tight deadlines.">
