Job Title: Senior Cost Management Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cost Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the cost of construction projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret drawings, take measurements, and ensure accuracy.
  • Prepare Bills of Quantities with precision.
  • Review and understand tender documents, contracts, specifications, and contractual terms.
  • Analyze quotations, pricing structures, and build-up rates for accurate cost assessments.
  • Manage contract administration, including payment valuations and variation claims, in compliance with contractual requirements.
  • Execute all necessary tender activities for new project procurement.
  • Perform tasks related to the business operations of the organization.
  • Work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Negotiation skills
