Job Title: Senior Cost Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Cost Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cost management, with experience in administering contracts and providing effective cost control strategies.

  • The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects by managing costs and providing support to project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and administer contracts, including conducting site visits and reviewing tender documents.
  • Develop and implement effective cost control strategies to ensure projects are delivered within budget.
  • Work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure timely submission of progress claims and final account closures.
  • Assist in the development of project schedules and resource allocation plans.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with project costs.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on project costs and budget performance.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in cost management and contract administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
