We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Infant Care Specialist to join our healthcare team.

Job Description:

Our infant care specialists provide unwavering support, care, and guidance to new mothers and their infants. Our goal is to set new standards in prenatal and postpartum care, catering to the unique needs of every individual.

Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning, bathing, and changing diapers
  • Assisting in feeding babies
  • Taking note of babies' temperature, feeding pattern, mental/physical behavior, and other necessary information
  • Monitoring babies' growing progress
  • Guiding parents in infection control and baby safety measurements
  • Ensuring Baby Safety
  • Umbilical Care
  • Oral and Eye Care
  • Performing other duties as required by the supervisor or manager

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Compassion and empathy towards patients
