Job Title: Infant Care Specialist
About the JobWe are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Infant Care Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to infants aged 2 months to 36 months.
Your key responsibilities will include building strong relationships with infants and their families, creating a secure and stimulating environment that promotes healthy development, and implementing curricula and programs that meet the needs of each child.
You will also be required to plan and implement daily activities, including routines, playtime, and learning experiences, that are designed to promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development in infants.
In addition, you will contribute to the establishment of partnerships with families and community stakeholders to enhance program quality and services.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Higher Certificate in Infant Care (HCIC) / Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY)
