Job Overview:

We are seeking an Infant Care Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for providing high-quality care and education to infants, promoting their cognitive, emotional, and social development.

  • To develop and implement a comprehensive program for infant care, incorporating age-appropriate activities and materials tailored to individual needs and interests.
  • To create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that fosters growth and well-being, including the preparation of teaching aids and learning resources.
  • To collaborate with colleagues to ensure infants feel secure and supported, providing a sense of belonging and community.
  • To prioritize health, hygiene, safety, and growth needs of infants, ensuring they receive exceptional care and attention.
Requirements:
  • A minimum Higher Certificate in Infant Care (HCIC), or its equivalent, such as Certificate in Infant and Toddler Care and Development with Early Years Development Framework (CITC+EYDF).
  • A willingness to work in an infant-care environment with infants, demonstrating empathy and understanding of their needs and developmental stages.
  • Experience in caring for infants is preferred but not essential, as training and support will be provided.
