Job Title: Infant Care Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Infant Care Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the overall well-being and development of infants.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Safety and Hygiene: Uphold stringent safety protocols to safeguard infant health and implement rigorous hygiene practices in all aspects of care.
  2. Relationship Building: Establish trusting relationships with infants, their families, and other caregivers through transparent communication and active participation in family engagement initiatives.
  3. Stimulation and Engagement: Develop and implement stimulating, age-appropriate activities to foster cognitive, emotional, and physical growth.
  4. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of infant care and progress.
  5. Professional Development: Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance knowledge and skills.
Requirements
  • Diploma in any field or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for teaching young children and infants.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with newborns/infants.
