Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Corporate Development Associate to join our team. This role will play a vital part in driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Learning and familiarizing oneself with various systems and processes within the company
- Responding to sales enquiries and providing excellent customer service
- Managing vendors and developing strong relationships to ensure seamless supply chain operations
- Working on projects to drive top-line and bottom-line growth of the company
- Assisting direct or lateral reports on other facets of the business as required
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Singaporean nationality
- A solid understanding of basic business concepts
- The ability to liaise with customers in English, Chinese, and Chinese dialects, with a strong command of English, Mandarin Chinese, and Chinese dialect
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
