Job Title: Senior Commercial Development Manager
DescriptionWe are seeking a results-driven Senior Commercial Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and recommending our building and construction products and services to key customers, achieving sales and profit targets.
Key Responsibilities- To promote and recommend our building and construction products and services to building contractors, specialist contractors, and building materials dealers.
- To organize marketing activities, product presentations, and product specifications to architects, designers, developers, and contractors.
- To maintain effective communication and rapport with product principals.
- To manage product inventory and liaise with suppliers on shipment and delivery of goods.
- To prepare yearly sales budgets for products.
- To provide technical support and advice to customers and contractors.
- To prepare product costings and sales pricings, quotations, and tenders.
- To provide product training to Product Representatives.
- Sales experience in the building and construction industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of product lines and their applications.
