Job Description

This role involves managing day-to-day commercial activities, ensuring timely delivery of business development and identifying winning tender opportunities. It also includes developing strong relationships with clients and monitoring market trends.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the commercial function, reporting to senior management.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends.
  • Recommend strategies to improve win rate and profitability.
  • Ensure effective initiation, response, and reporting of client inquiries.
  • Assess and record technical, commercial, contractual risks during the tender phase.
  • Assist in estimating and proposal preparation.

The ideal candidate will have experience in offshore oil and gas subsea IRM and construction in a commercial, marketing & business development function, including direct estimation & proposal experience.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferably technical/engineering).
  • Offshore experience in the subsea sector.
  • At least 15 years' experience in offshore oil and gas subsea IRM and construction.
