Job Opportunity: Principal Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial individual to join our team as a Principal Account Manager. This role will be responsible for leading our market entry into Singapore, combining business development, client relationship management, and recruitment.

This is an exceptional opportunity for someone with a strong background in IT recruitment, sales, or account management to take their career to the next level. The successful candidate will have a proven ability to manage client relationships and close new business, as well as a strong knowledge of Singapore's tech talent landscape and hiring trends.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, able to work independently and grow with the business. They will have excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills, as well as exposure to industries such as banking, fintech, life sciences, or energy.

About the Role:

  • Identify, target, and engage potential clients in IT/technology, banking, and regulated sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, procurement, and talent acquisition leaders.
  • Represent our capabilities in client conversations.
  • Manage end-to-end sales process from outreach and pitch to deal closing and ongoing client engagement.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for local clients, coordinating with global teams to deliver solutions.
  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process for Singapore-based IT roles (perm & contract).
  • Qualify job requirements, source talent through LinkedIn and job boards, and conduct candidate screening.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams for sourcing, coordination, and candidate follow-up.
  • Prepare and submit candidate profiles to clients, manage interview scheduling, and ensure smooth onboarding.

Key Requirements:

  • 3–7 years of experience in IT recruitment, sales, or account management.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and close new business.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore's tech talent landscape and hiring trends.
  • Familiarity with contract staffing and/or managed services delivery is a plus.
  • Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset — able to work independently and grow with the business.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exposure to industries such as banking, fintech, life sciences, or energy.
  • Familiarity with MOM hiring guidelines and Singapore recruitment regulations.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or a related field.
